Dr. Kakani is as much a friend as he is a nephrologist. He is very detailed in his study of blood results and always takes the time to visit me and asks questions in a way that I think carefully before replying. I have no question that my best interests are at the forefront of his examinations.

Dr. Kakani was very forthcoming about my situation. He believes I've started to relapse to the nephrotoxic syndrome that put me in the hospital last year. He was explicit in what needs to happen in the next six weeks and hopefully get the protein numbers down again.
