Dr. Cho is currently an assistant professor at the University of Utah School of Medicine in the division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. He is a member of the Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant and Immunology Team at the University of Utah and Primary Children’s Hospital. He received his medical degree from Emory University, where he also completed his residency.

Dr. Cho pursued his Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Fellowship at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where he also received his master's degree in Clinical Science. He went on to complete his advanced fellowship in Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine.

Dr. Cho is board-certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology and Oncology. Dr. Cho’s clinical interests include the treatment of high risk acute myeloid leukemia and other rare myeloid malignancies requiring bone marrow transplant. He has an emphasis on individualized chemotherapy dosing and cellular manufacturing designed to reduce toxicity in patients with relapsed and refractory disease, as well as supportive care in children receiving bone marrow transplants and cellular/immunotherapy products.
