He was so helpful in trying different options and when they didnt work he scheduled surgery, got us in early because he knew my daughter was anxious to get started, her hip surgery was extremely successful, he was clear on what to expect and why she should follow Protocol but understanding and flexible and listened to her with all her questions and concerns. He spoke to me as a parent and her as a patient- hes an excellent, respectful and caring doctor and we would highly recommend him.
As soon as he walked in the room and introduced himself, I just felt calm. He was natural and made me feel validated and heard. He seemed to care more about me as a patient than in just doing an expensive surgery. He seemed humble enough that I could relate and he explained in a way that didnt seem belittling or cocky.

The athletic trainer I saw was very kind, and I appreciated that he took plenty of time to answer all my questions. He seemed very knowledgeable. However, I was told I would be seeing Dr Aoki and wasn't notified of any change in that plan. Given that this was my first/only visit since having major surgery performed by Dr. Aoki, I expected to be evaluated by him or at least by a colleague. I felt pretty disappointed about this.

I felt like I was being rushed out. The doctor that came in with the physician treating me didn't seem interested in what I had to say. It seemed as though he had already made up his mind regarding my issues were but wouldn't listen. There was a previous test that was done that was never referred to in the appointment. I'm not convinced that they actually looked at that test. I sent a message in my chart, but after three working days I still haven't heard a response from the doctor.

Dr. Aoki did surgery on my hip in 2016. I haven't had a problem since. I went to an orthopedic doctor closer to my home for my knee. After having a bad experience in not getting the care I needed. I came back to Dr. Aoki he truly cares about you getting better. All of his staff is wonderful! I would highly recommend Dr. Aoki to anyone that has knee or hip problems. As he gives quality care!

I had gone to this appointment for a check up from a procedure I had on my hip, while I was there I asked about pain I had been having in my knee as well and right away they looked into it and started a treatment for it. I was very pleased in the amount of concern and care they all showed me.
Dr. Aoki, Reed and Angel are fantastic! They were very helpful in getting the appointment set up. Also, Reed and Erin (in the insurance department) were awesome in getting the MRI scheduled for the same day. Also, Erin helped get all of the insurance approvals expedited.

I have had an extraordinarily good experience with both Dr. Aoki and his staff, including his PA Reed, Angel, and Tiffany. Everyone has been very kind, attentive, clearly answered all of our questions and concerns, and returned our phone calls in a timely way. I would highly recommend Dr. Aoki and his staff. Even the x-ray technician who took me to get an x-ray was very helpful and attentive as I had trouble standing.
Doctor Aoki is very personable, has a good bedside manner, and took the time to answer my questions during the appointment itself. His lack of follow up when not face to face is my complaint. It took days to get refills. Even when he approved them, he failed to sign the order, causing further delay.
