He was great. Listened to our concerns and started with the basics. Talked to my son about what he was experiencing. Double checked to make sure everything was good with his ears before we left. Very happy with the experience.
Do not waste your time. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He did not listen to a single concern. Before I had even said a word he walked in the room and told me he was not going to do a thing for my daughter. He had not even looked at her, evaluated her, or heard what my concerns were. He told me to just go get a second opinion from someone else if he didn't like what he had to say. He was supposed to be the second opinion and the expert that provided the care our 1 year old baby girl needed. He was unconcerned about her severe weight loss and issues. He is just ready to retire and doesn't actually care or want to deal with anyone.
Dr. Kelly is an amazing physician. He listened to my concerns for my baby and went the extra mile to put me at ease. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kelly to anyone seeking a pediatric ENT.

Great ENT! He interacted with my daughter wonderfully. He didn't make me feel like he was in a hurry to see us and get on to the next patient. He listened and explained he findings thoroughly. I wouldn't hesitate to bring family to this clinic and I highly recommend Dr. Kelly.
Rushed in and out even though we arrived early. Took time off work and school. Doctor barely looked at my kid and declared her normal and sent us packing. Kid has hearing loss. Has failed 4 hearing tests. We're concerned and had hoped for some answers. Our Audiologist referred us so a specialist could help us figure things out. It feels like we weren't taken seriously because she didn't have an infection or family history of hearing loss. Because we didn't check those boxes, we were dismissed. Still concerned and confused¿ guess we go back to our audiologist with no new information. Front desk and nurse were great though.
Our visit with Dr. Kelly left us no better than before the appointment. He did not provide much information without being prodded with questions or a clear plan to move forward.
We love Dr. Kelly, super nice guy and great with my daughter.

I have met with the provider twice for two different children and both times I felt as though my concerns were brushed aside and that the provider had made up his mind on what was wrong before he even came in the room. Follow up questions were met with vague answers. I am disappointed there are not more options for providers in this field for children. I left frustrated, disappointed, and with no answers. I will travel for ENT services in the future.
I already wrote my review of him. Im not a fan. I wont be going back to him.

Steven M. Kelly, MD was attentive and insured that I, as a patient understood everything involved in my care. He was very kind, and explained my care in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel included in every process. I would highly recommend Dr. Kelly, as I have had him as a doctor for years, and he has provided me with quality care and relief by using his expert knowledge and abilities.
I wish our specialist visit was helpful. Even with previous chart notes documenting our childs recurring condition, a treatment plan was not discussed or put into place. Our concerns were not heard. Very disappointed with the care we received.
He was good. My teenage daughter is a little sensitive so she thought he could be more fun but I dont really think that is an issue.

The staff seemed to validate mother's intuition and seemed to give informed consent. They were respectful of the child. It is very nice when doctors listen, and give the respect to the parent and I felt that here. I do get concerned about antibiotics given without knowing if the problem is viral and without warnings regarding effects including long-term and overuse of antibiotics. I wish there was a shift in healthcare with this issue. Otherwise, I asked questions about the options we had and seemed to get some good answers from all providers. It was a positive experience working with the providers.

I felt the provider has an instant dislike for my son. My son had thrown a tantrum during the appt because the dr. Did not take the time to explain what he wanted. He instantly asked me to hold him and restrain his arms. The doctor looked annoyed as my son cried and seemed to disregard my concerns regarding my son. His response to my concerns were "keep an eye on him" and "we could do a sleep study but he wouldn't tolerate it well." I am left wondering if my sons snoring is fine or if the doctor just wanted us out of the office.
