Dr. Tad Bergen provides audiology services including diagnosing, managing and treating hearing and balance disorders as well as cerumen removal. He specializes in: Adult and pediatric hearing diagnostic testing, adult and child hearing aid evaluations and counseling, programming, fitting hearing aids to target real-ear measures, troubleshooting and repairing hearing aids, diagnosis and management of tinnitus, cerumen removal, custom fit hearing protection, and diagnosis and treatment of BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo).
He loves helping people with their hearing needs and providing lifelong follow-up care. He loves working with children and adults and always goes the extra mile for his patients.
Dr. Bergen graduated with honors from the Utah State University with his Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders in 2006 and he graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Doctor of Audiology degree from Utah State University in 2010. He completed his Externship year at Mountain West ENT with Dr. Niki Barwick as his clinical supervisor.
Dr. Bergen grew up in Ogden and Layton and currently lives in Farmington with his wife and 5 children. He is an identical twin and is married to an identical twin. He enjoys anything outdoors including pickleball, tennis, hiking and he loves spending time with his family and serving others.
