PA Tracy Syddall is an excellent health provider. I had a hip problem that was so painful, I was afraid I might need surgery." But in diagnosing, PA Syddall had me move so he could pinpoint the area and see the possible cause, and by deduction, exclude what was not the cause. Then, he sent me immediately for x-rays, and on returning, he explained the x-rays and what was causing my problem. He gave me a prescription and cautioned me about how to care for my hip. His diagnosis and treatment were exactly right, and in 1-1/2 weeks, I was walking normally again. For this visit also, he impressed me with his reserved and professional, but sincere and caring manner, and his patiently listening to my health history and my current condition. He asks good questions, focused and caring, and he takes time to consider the details I tell him. Based on my health history, etc., he ordered some tests and said he will see me after to explain and discuss the results. Wonderful! Thank you, PA Syddall!
Tracy is one of the better PCP's I've had the pleasure of being a patient of throughout my 51 year life thus far. Always on time, listens to and truly cares about his patients, and promptly responds to any issues I've had.

This was my first establish-care visit, and it did not inspire confidence. Very early in the appointment I was told we needed to speed up because there were only about 10 minutes left. I was also asked to repeat information I had already just provided, which made the visit feel even more rushed and inefficient. For a new-patient visit, I expected enough time to review concerns and begin establishing primary care. Instead, the interaction felt hurried, impersonal, and not especially attentive. I left feeling like I had not been heard and without confidence that this provider was a good fit for my ongoing care.

How often do you enjoy going to a doctors appointment and not have all t questions Dr Syddall is very easy to talk too, get all your questions answered, he's very knowledgeable, has great PR. His staff is just as wonderful, I was in a wheelchair chair they stayed with me the whole time took me to xray, the lab, and walked me to the reception area, got my walker and checked me in to pick for my ride.
