What Do I Need to Know Before I Start My Virtual Visit?

If You're Using an iPhone or iPad

  1. Download the University of Utah Health Care Virtual Visits app from the App Store

If You're Using a Desktop, Laptop, or Samsung/Android device

  1. Please call us at 801-213-8669. We'll email you a link to start your Virtual Visit
  2. Make sure you have Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox selected as your default browser before you start your Virtual Visit

Android & Samsung Devices

If you have an Android or Samsung device, you'll need to use your desktop to start your Virtual Visit.

Please call us at 801-213-8669. We'll email you a link that will let you start your Virtual Visit.

Proxy access lets you access health records and information for patients related to you (like your children) through your own MyChart account.

To request proxy access for your child or dependent under age 18, log into your MyChart account and fill out the form under Preferences > Request Access to a Child's Record
