How to Access Virtual Care Visits
You can access you virtual care appointment in several ways:

Prescriptions Delivered to Your Door
Get your prescriptions through the mail by using our free mail order service through MyChart. Call 801-213-8650 for help with our mail order service. You can also connect with a pharmacist from home.
Specialty Virtual Care
We also offer specialty virtual care visits. Virtual visits with a specialist are just like an in-person office visit with a specialty care provider, but from the comfort of your home. Most of our specialty providers suggest virtual care whenever possible. It lets you stay home and recover.
Your specialist may use virtual care visits for several reasons:
- Assess your need for in-person care
- Monitor after-surgery recovery
- Go over X-rays or test results
- Provide an opportunity to ask questions
- And more
How Do I Schedule a Specialty Virtual Visit?
Our care coordinators can help set up your appointment. They'll follow up with you if your provider thinks a virtual visit is right for your needs.
