On a Mobile Device

To start a Virtual Urgent Care visit for your child on your tablet or smartphone, follow these steps:

  1. Open the MyChart app & log in. (If you don't have it, download the app for iPhone/iPad or Android.)
  2. Tap your child's name at the bottom of your screen to access your child's account
  3. Tap "Appointments"
  4. Tap "Schedule Appointment"
  5. Tap "Tell Us Why You're Coming in"
  6. Tap "Virtual Visit" and follow the instructions on the screen
