Dr. Li is not my PCP, but if I were looking to change I would recommend her. She spent time evaluating me and explaining my symptoms and treatment which was very effective.

February 19, 2015

I really appreciate Dr. Li's approach. She listens to what I have to say and is very personable.

February 03, 2015

I think Dr. Li is fantastic. I'm glad to finally have a primary care physician; I haven't had one in years.

January 30, 2015

Dr. Li was so friendly and genuine. I felt like she was truly concerned about me and my health.

January 30, 2015

Malena Li seemed condescending and judgmental of our views and parenting practices. After a 40 minute wait she came in and left after about 7 minutes. She did not perform my child's 15 month well child check and informed us to return in two weeks. We are both working parents also attending school and this decision will hurt us financially and will be hard to reschedule as we have such tight schedules. Then she forgot we had needed vaccines and we waited another 10 minutes until someone realized we were still there. I will not return to see her and would recommend her to no one.

January 26, 2015

It was the first time seeing Dr. Li, I was very happy with the visit! I have already referred friends to her!

January 24, 2015

Dr. Li is great.

January 21, 2015

I was supposed to receive a tetanus shot, but was ushered out of the clinic without one.

January 17, 2015

The technician and the front desk staff were great, my dis-satisfaction is only for the doctor

January 12, 2015

Physician turnover at the clinic is fairly high. This is the first time I've seen Dr. Li and will likely continue should she remain on staff at the clinic. For chronic care issues, turn over can be problematic. It happens in all areas but seems to be more prevalent here. Perhaps as this is a research institution it's to be expected but can be a little disconcerting at times. Hopefully physician retention will be a priority in family practice.

January 10, 2015

Dr Li is awesome!

December 23, 2014

I was prescribed three medications and she did go over them with me, the one area where after the appointment I wish I had more information regarding was the inhaler, the most info I got was that it was a stronger inhaler but not a steroid. I would have liked some more information, but it wasn't a real problem for me, particularly since I didn't think of questions until after the appointment and I was able to talk with the pharmacist. Another thing is I've seen Dr Li about three or more times this year and it doesn't seem like she remembers me very well, she doesn't reference or ask after past health concerns that we had discussed in relation to new health issues.

December 13, 2014

Good

December 12, 2014

Dr. Li is exceptionally suited for the medical discipline and very skilled.

December 03, 2014

Dr. Li is fabulous. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease, but what I appreciate most is her followup. I had a chronic cough which we initially treated with Flonase because we felt it might be related to allergies and sinus drainage. When my cough continued, Dr. Li had me return for an xray and we moved to antibiotics. She responded to all of my questions in the office and after my appointment via email and even sent an email to MyHealth Chart to see how I was doing. Exceptional care! Thank you Dr. Li!

November 24, 2014

dr. li was in a big hurray

November 23, 2014

Dr. Li was friendly, respectful, and thorough.

November 21, 2014

Per earlier comment. Not sure if doctor was trying to hurry through b/c expectation for appointment was incorrect - but dismissed some prevention/screening which is standard for physical - did absolute minimum.

November 16, 2014

She was Knowledgeable

October 21, 2014

I feel like Doc. Li cares and I trust the information that she provided me with, as well as made me feel comfortable in the exam room

October 17, 2014

I really liked Dr. Li. I will plan on visiting with her next time.

October 17, 2014

I had a very good experience on my first visit I will definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Li is incredible

October 13, 2014

Very good.

October 01, 2014

I have only seen Dr. Li twice. The first visit, she had a hard time listening instead of talking. She was much more calm and attentive the second visit. I think she will be open to me telling her specifically what I need to feel comfortable during my future visits.

September 27, 2014

I felt more confident in Dr. Li's diagnosis vs. Dr. Sandygren since she actually listened to my lungs properly and noticed fluid in my ear.

September 25, 2014

Dr. Li is great. I appreciate her perspective on medicine and thoughtfulness to not over prescribing medications. She only recommends medications when they seem to be truly needed and there are no alternatives. Very polite, firendly, and professional.

September 24, 2014

good

September 19, 2014

I didn't think of it at the time, but afterwards had more questions about the medication and follow-up.

September 13, 2014

Dr Li was very thoughtful and I felt comfortable talking to her.

September 03, 2014

Please call me to have me help you with improving your questionnaire! :)

August 29, 2014

Dr. Li is amazing! I was sad when Leigh Elrod left but Dr. Li is fun, engaging, very informative and has so far been a fantastic provider. I'm glad she's here.

August 28, 2014

Dr. Li listened carefully and helped me understand what my options were.

August 26, 2014

I had 5 problems I wanted to address with my new pcp, but was only ever asked about the main reason for the visit. there was no attempt made for agenda-setting anywhere in the visit, and no one ever bothered to ask me if I had any other issues to address. this is a very big problem for any pcp visit.

August 20, 2014

My provider was considerate, attentive, and easy to understand. I have a complicated health problem, however, and it is difficult to identify any one particular cause or solution. She presented several different options for moving forward.

August 19, 2014

Dr. M. Li is an extremely competent medical care provider.

August 18, 2014

Overall, Dr. Li is great. I was sad to see my old provider go, so was nervous about seeing someone new. I like that Dr. Li has a more 'natural' approach with medicine (e.g., if you can fix something without having to take medicine, than that is usually the best route). This is line with my thoughts as well. She asked me a lot of questions about my health, which I appreciated. It felt like she did a very comprehensive job. My provider forgot to prescribe me one of the medications we dicussed, however. I didn't realize it until I went to the pharmacy. I plan to follow-up to get that resolved (not a huge issue), but that was the one issue I had from the visit.

August 13, 2014

the Dr. was great!

August 08, 2014

This was my first visit with Dr. Li, as I could not see my current doctor for almost a month. I will probably change primary care to Dr. Li.

August 08, 2014

Dr. Li was very caring and showed much interest for my comfort and concern. I didn't feel the procedure for my ingrown toenail went as smoothly as it could have gone. It was painful and I felt unsure of the progress of the procedure. However, I don't have experience with numbing medicine and its affects. I was given more numbing medicine 2 times after the first time.

July 20, 2014

both the supporting staff and Dr. Li were very helpful and professional.

July 15, 2014

Dr. Li was wonderful. She seems very competent and I felt very confident in the care she provided to my daughter.
