    Sometimes she is rather short with me and doesn't seem to really listen but makes a quick assumption instead. I get that time is precious in such a setting, but it doesn't take much longer to listen well.

    She's very frank and informative but it seems as though my options aren't too much help in proceeding with my issues. It's almost as if I had no options or my choices weren't as important as mine. I just needed the support and suggestion as what the next step could be. Just felt I wasn't a priority and the decision was left on me for what to do next.
