I felt heard and was able to get my questions answered. My provider was took time over the past year to assure that my improvement was valid that the sleep apnea will be monitored but is not symptomatic.

Gave my answer in the previous section. It should have been put here. Basically, they understood my panics & claustrophobia, setting me up with a new type mask that is more open, allows me to be more comfortable in bed.

The appoint with the PA was excellent. The clinic was missing hardware (large masks), so I was unable to explore additional treatment options to help with a problem I was having (mask leak). That was a bummer.

we discussed my medication load and side effects and since he was not the one prescribing the medications he and I were questioning the doseing of nor was he the provider treating me for the disorders I am taking them to help with he offered to get ahold of my other providers for me to explain his thoughts on medication dose changes... a huge help and something I wish other providers would do

Darin Ryugin demonstrated in my visit what patient-centered care is all about. He listened to my health goals, answered all my questions, and provided important information beyond that. I felt more confident about using my C-PAP and improving my sleep after this visit. He has a very compassionate approach and asks the right questions, which allows you to be open, and therefore get the best care for you.
