She also maintains operating privileges at Primary Children’s Medical Center, Jordan Valley, and LDS Hospitals. She is the Chief of Plastic Surgery at the VA Hospital..

    Dr. Courtney Crombie was born in Maryland and raised in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico. There she completed her Undergraduate and Medical Degrees at the University of New Mexico. She finished a complete residency training program in General Surgery at East Carolina University in North Carolina. In order to satisfy her artistic pursuits she sought additional surgical training in Plastic Surgery at the University of Utah.
    During Dr. Crombie's free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter and the plethora of pets that are a part of her family. She loves the outdoors, particularly snowboarding, gardening, wildlife watching and fly-fishing.

    Terrible at providing realistic expectations and explaining potential complications. Made a last minute suggestion moments before surgery without ever having discussed it previously. Then acted dismissive of my disappointment and frustration after the fact. I will warn people not to work with this surgeon.
