Chris is my favorite provider at UofU Health. He is personable. He is compassionate. He is genuine. He is really good talking the language of the science and then talking man to man in a real nature. Sensitive subjects are hard to discuss but Chris made it so comfortable to open up to and really talk about things that were happening and what I was experiencing. I really like his human approach. Great guy, awesome provider.

Dr Oliver is very caring and easy to talk with about sensitive issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and I trust him to take care of my needs.

Dr. Oliver is a brilliant urologist who can relate to life as his patients live it. His down-to-Earth technical understanding of male sexual function provides insight that one only wished he learned in school. He's truly a good and compassionate man whose understanding and advice are trustworthy.

Chris meets me where I am at and takes the time to explain everything and lay out the options for my care in a collaborative process.

I wasn't aware that I would have the option to have other doctors (other than the one who performed the consultation) perform the actual procedure depending on the schedule. I also wasn't aware that there were slight differences in the procedure depending on which doctors does it. (The nurse explained that to me after the doctor visit.)

Dr Oliver knew I was late but he got me right in due to the change in plans from Farmington to the University of Utah. both the doctor and the nurse were very understanding. what happened and did everything possible to accommodate me. My experience was great, you can tell hes experienced, knowledgeable and is very good in this field of work. He had a positive approach to a complicated long term issue with a positive resolve.

What I really dont like is it is hard to talk with someone when trying to correct a mistake can take up to 3 days to get a message thru I dont like that I may change next year.
