Johanna was very nice and helpful. She advised me of what to expect and what do after my accident. I had a good experience with her.

Communication was not an issue the statements made were understood. Demonstrated very little to no regard for what I communicated. Concluded this from specific statements made to me, and the complete disregard for specificity to my stated history to present circumstance and my current experience with particular needs and goals for continued care I'm seeking. Took more than half the day and follow up phone calls to complete receiving prescription. Simple instruction of preferred pharmacy and correct location was not competently followed. Actions such as this demonstrate more than enough to conclude if competence respect and most important communication are characteristics that can be expectedly experienced or demostrateively shown to lack. I personally highly value and require these characteristics. Due to this physician interaction, I most likely will not be seeking continued care.
