November 27, 2024CENTERVILLE HEALTH CENTERHonestly, these interaction was very stressful. She read the Mychart texts during the appointment, plus the documents on file. There was no cognizance to this physician's team member texts-communication. This was a referral transfer of care; since previous primary care retired. Honestly am horrified by the service. I don't write many reviews but am writing this review since I didn't like the care shown.

Further needed services (x rays) were able to be performed on sight.
