He is excellent! I have enjoyed his knowledge and skills in relating to his patients. I liked his comment the first time I met him and he stated, " We will get you through it".

Sam was focused, prepared, and attentive to any nuance from me that differed from what he had been told. He was clear in communicating the process we would go through to get to a decision, and very responsive and patient with my questions. At one point he explained why he was retesting for the kind of virus I might have and said the equivalent of "Because this problem has been going on for a while, I want to know everything, so we'll have a better image (C-Scan) and a more comprehensive viral panel.' I was so reassured by his words and the way he said them, so I knew I could trust him and the decision we would make.
