Sam is always positive and extremely knowledgeable. He explains my lab results, our goals and treatments in a manner that I can understand. He always treats me with courtesy and respect; additionally, he makes me feel that I am included in my treatment decisions. When it comes to bone marrow biopsies, it is Sam that I request.
