  • Ms. McGuire is originally from a small town in southern Indiana. Her undergraduate training was completed at Purdue University where she received a bachelor’s degree in health science. She then received a master’s in medical science for her physician assistant studies from Midwestern University in Arizona. Prior to moving to Utah, Ms. McGuire lived in Cincinnati, Ohio and practiced Otolaryngology at the University of Cincinnati.
    When not in clinic, Ms. McGuire loves all of the outdoor activities Utah has to offer specifically hiking, camping, and boating.

    Very off putting personally with no sense of personality or compassion. Having a provider that I can connect to as a human and someone who can show compassion and a genuine interest in me as a person is a big deal for me. As a provider myself, the lack of connection and compassion she showed me was concerning. I will never return to the U for ENT related care. If she doesn¿t enjoy her job and she can¿t treat her patients like people with real concerns then she needs to find a different career, not in direct patient care.
