PA Mello has in every case made treatment decisions that have been effective. For one condition she recommended discontinuing a medication and in other adding a medication. She is the best primary care provider I have ever had! Why, because she listens to me and wants to do the best thing for me.

In spite of the extra travel time (like 30 more minutes each way), I'm strongly considering asking Brianna to take over my Gender Affirming Care needs. It is clear to me that she has a genuine interest in patient care and a deep understanding of what someone like myself is going through. Anyone that receives routine care Frome Brianna is indeed fortunate.

I'm so glad I found a PCP who actually cares & listens. Having had a not so great experience with my previous PCP, it was refreshing to have someone kind & willing to actually have a discussion. Even when I move further from the area eventually I will make the drive to B. Mello PA-C. I'm so thankful to not feel completely stressed & belittled with my health concerns. I'm thankful to Dr. Pippit who recommended me to her.
