Although a highly credentialed doctor, her bedside manner was very poor, she was unprepared for this visit, and seemed very uninterested in my care. Interestingly enough, five minutes after we were told that we could wait beyond our 2.5 hour appointment for her to conclude her virtual appointment, a Summary of the Visit was posted on my chart. Peculiar.

Recently did a TOC to Dr. Lenherr. Very impressed with her and hopeful that she can get to the root cause of my lifelong recurring UTI issues. Dr. Lenherr's assistant did tell me she was running about 30 minutes behind schedule, but I tied up my phone for the virtual visit waiting nearly an hour for her to join the call. For virtual visits when a doctor is running nearly an hour behind schedule I think the nurse should call the patient when the doctor is ready so we aren't sitting on a video hold room on our phones (which ties up our phones and runs the battery down) for extended periods of time. I LOVE virtual visits, but some improvements need to be made when physicians are running behind schedule.

I have a great deal of confidence in Dr Lenherr. She is clearly very competent and direct, plus very kind and concerned. I'm still unsure of how to deal with my drainage issue, but Dr. Lenherr has given me some valuable suggestions and a path to move forward. I believe my issue will be resolved with time and additional help from my gynocologist. Thank you, Dr. Lenherr... you and Nikki are rockstars!!!
