Norelle did a truly incredible job of helping me feel like I was in a safe and welcoming space. Going into this type of appointment can be really intimidating, but I felt 100% comfortable asking questions and communicating with her about this surgery. She was able to answer every question I had clearly and thoroughly, and provided tons of really great information. My experience was terrific and she was a huge part of that.

She is willing to listen and help where needed. She is a very good people person. She is the kind of person that is easy to talk to with any issues, with out having to worry. Every time I have seen her I have had the best care. And have had better care every visit with her. Especially with transgender health care and issues that come up. And would recommend her to who needs her professional care. Especially those in the transgender community.

After a surgery, I got some unfortunate news about my pathology results. Norelle and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and took time to explain everything. Dr. Norelle is knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful. My mother requested to attend the appointment and had a range of questions, all of which were answered concisely and supportively. Dr. Norelle was able to ease many of my mother's concerns. My mother has also been seeking an appropriate parental support group, and Dr. Norelle was readily able to give a recommendation and answer questions about the group.

Noelle was great, patient and kind, helped me to understand clearly including writing the instructions on the whiteboard so I could take a picture of them.

Two of my three goals for this in-person appointment where not accomplished. Due to, I believe, systematic reasons, not for personnel/professional reasons.For example, in response to a question I asked, I was told that a department within the hospital had stated that they had nothing to add and had chosen to not speak with me.

Care provider was limited by hospital's policies. My situation is probably atypical, so it's understandable it is not currently covered at the U.

She is all-around great!

PA just decided that would be better if I would come back on a later day. Never asked me if I would like to have all my treatment done at once as was planned. She did mentioned that because she didn't do the procedure she would charge me for only half of the cost. But at the end of the appointment I was charged in full. Since she worked basically in one leg and only on the front part, so I'm assuming she should only charge me for 1/4 of the procedure. Because the way I was treated, I have no intention to return to have treatment done.

I feel very fortunate to have been able to work w/Dr. Agarwal and the incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful team that cared for me during my recent surgery at the U of U Hospital. I consulted with several surgeons before I made my decision to work with her. I have already recommended her to others as well.

Norelle is wonderful! I came in feeling distressed about my post-surgery appearance and she listened compassionately and alleviated all of my concerns.

I was disappointed with this visit. I came from 7 hours away, she looked at me very quickly said I should start seeing results in a week to two, the issue has only got worse. However she knew I was stressed and sad and she was very kind and comforting

I was called to say the appt would be late and to send pictures then join the video call and stand by for someone to join me. I sent the pictures then got on the video call and waited 1 and 1/2 hrs, because it said if I left the call my appt would be cancelled. After an hr and a half of waiting I hung up and saw I had a message in MyChart responding to my text results. The message gave me post-op instructions but didn't say that my virtual appt had been cancelled. I responded in MyChart with some questions I had, and I have still not heard back. Really annoying.

Norelle was the most amazing provider. She talked me through the procedure and was super quick. She is the best.
