she needs to have a better attitude towards patients and not be aggressive. Straight forward and aggressiveness is two different things. I left not wanting to continue with care with her or anyone that she reports to. She was awful. She also didn't clarify one thing in my appointment and kept telling me I was in denial when I never stated one thing. Biggest thing she told me that I would never loose weight or get read of sleep apnea no matter what I do. Up and left because there was no point of this appointment according to her.

Debra and her assistant, Michelle, were awesome! Address my sleep apnea issues and also fixed a problem I was having with my CPAP machine.

I cannot recommend Debra and this clinic enough. After two negative experiences with other providers at different organizations, the year I had to wait to get in here was well worth it. I felt that I was finally treated with respect and patience, all my questions were answered, resources were provided, and the space itself is very clean and nice. I appreciated that staff respected my wishes to not be weighed (which I refuse as my right as a patient from a Health At Every Size approach I take personally and professionally as a clinical mental health counselor).

I can't say enough good things about Debra Mercy, APRN. I was scheduled for a sleep test in Jan. 2025 when I was somehow fast tracked to meet with Mercy. She was very pleasant yet professional. I felt heard when I asked questions and about the process of sleep testing and she never talked down to me. I was provided with options and was included in the decision making. APRN Mercy concluded by making sure all my questions were answered and set up all my future appointments. The appointment was quick and I left smiling.
