Due to problems setting up a virtual connection my time with my "doctor" was significantly curtailed. This was vey frustrating given that I had waited four mo ths to see her. She made recommendations for treatment but I don't feel confident that she has an adequate grasp of my condition.

Even though she was asked to provide me with a virtual visit in an extremely short amount of time, she reviewed my records, and then went over them with me and asked me what my concerns were. What an excellent care provider! I have been so depressed with the state of my health lately, and she and the rest of the pulmonology team previously mentioned have really helped to raise my spirits. Thank you so much!

I was seen by Debra Mercy. It was the worst patient health provider experience I have ever had. I have never been treated in any customer type interaction as badly as Debra treated me and those accompanying me. She never even introduced herself or asked if I was the patient she was to be meeting with. She was more concerned about proper mask wearing than my health care needs. At one point she was so rude she asked "why are you even here?". She refused to answer questions and gave condescending and disrespectful responses. It appeared that she never cared about my needs. While trying to communicate with her she was texting other people. She should not be in a patient service position. Her bed side manner was so deplorable. I will not return to this location again. If I could give a poorer score I would. It would have been better for me to not have even made the appointment. I waisted time and money and was extremely frustrated and disappointed.

This provider was very rude. I have never in my life been treated this way by a medical professional. She rolled her eyes when I asked a clarifying question it was bad. I would leave the U if she was to continue to be a part of my health care team. Zero stars for me
