Dr. Chabot has been my PCP for over 3 years. He has always been were very friendly, personable & professional. I'm always given ample time to ask questions and my appointments are usually not rushed. He listens to my concerns and explains medical things to me in a way I understand. We have good two way discussions. I feel I am in good hands with this doctor.

We had a regular well-child check but we had lots of concerns about our son potentially having ADHD. Dr. Chabot thoroughly addressed all of our questions/concerns on the subject, even though in doing he so he probably went 30 min over the allotted appointment time and I'm sure it put him behind the remainder of the day. We were so grateful and touched by his care! We would highly recommend Dr. Chabot¿ and we've had him as our doc for four years now! Always impressed with his knowledge and bedside manner, but his generosity was really telling with this experience.

My experience with Dr. Matthew Chabot, MD was very good overall. When I was unsure on what decision to do, he gave me his professional medical advice but still let me make my own decision without him pressuring me.

Dr. Chabot is wonderful. Thorough, attentive, listens carefully and takes the time that we need, sensitive to emotions, remembers details and family connections, responsive to communications through MyChart. We have had excellent care from him and his staff.

The discussion of my child being overweight and needing to be placed on a diet while limiting his food has been discussed on more than one occasion. (My child is is not even 2 years old). He is healthy and active and there has been no concern health wise accept for according to Dr. Chabot that he is gaining too much weight according to a chart. We were told that normally we would be doing the right things as parents but not in this case. Its disheartening to have the entire check up be surrounded by weight especially for a child who is not even 2 years old, society makes it hard enough to parent and be a child these days while feeling like you have to conform to societys version of normal. As mentioned before this has happened during his 6 months appointment, yearly visit, and now his 18 month visit and I dont want my child to be told he needs to be on a diet for his entire life when he so clearly doesnt. Healthcare should be focused on the patient not a book.
