My appointment was specifically made with Dr. McCormick NOT his P/A. Considering I was not seen by Dr. McCromick, I would say his concern for my care was very poor indeed. AS such there is zero chance I will return to see Dr. McCormick or recommend him to anyone else.

I waited 4 months to see Dr McCormick and it turns out another doctor, a physicians assistant was assigned to handle my appointment. I saw Dr Marilou Oh.She was very proficient, pleasant and helpful and I have absolutely no complaints about her examination and suggestions, but I am wondering, if I couldn't see Dr McCormick for my examination, why did I have wait four months. They offered me a consultation with Dr McCormick after I saw Dr Oh but I didn't see any point in that. When I make an appointment with Dr Mc Cormick, and wait 4 months to see him as the primary consult, I really expect to see him and not someone else....disappointed. My back problems are becoming a major issue in my life and I hoped to see a physician who has followed my problems over the past years.

I was at the orthopedic center for over 2 hours with most of that time in the exam room by myself waiting for the PA and then Dr. McCormick. Of those 2+ hours, less than 20 minutes were spent with the PA and Dr combined. Oddly, at my last appointment with Dr McCormick in Feb 2021, the wait time alone In the exam room was very similar.
