My treatment is a discussion with me, and Dr. Malik listens carefully and offers the best solutions possible, with encouraging referrals if another provider needs to be brought in. I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Malik. She is really such a great doctor, I highly recommend her.

February 13, 2024UH HOSPITALS AND CLINICSWe discussed communication errors and mishaps. She acknowledged my concerns. This department is obviously greatly understaffed and extremely backlogged on future appointments, causing disassociation between provider and patient. Effeort to limit communications to MyCharrt ONLY is un utter failure, causing uneccessary miscommunications, delays and misscheduled office visits. Telephone voice communications is non-exestant. Telephone call attempts are terminated at end of second ring, thus not allowing sufficient time to answer phone.
