Our experience was outstanding. The therapy appointment was informative and very helpful!

Jordan was caring, precise and helpful. He listens to me and gives me helpful feedback. He makes sure I know how to do the exercises to practice at home before I leave his office. He is friendly, warm and caring along with being excellent in what he does.

Jordan knew exactly what happened when I swallowed wring in the office. He was very calm and repeated instructions multiple times without changing his calm tone of voice. Know that I know what happens, I can use techniques that I was given to ensure that my breathing and swallowing are in sync.

Austin is knowledgeable, patient, positive and explains everything clearly. He challenges me and helps me achieve my goals. Hes amazing.

While the techniques presented to address my condition seem to have potential, more practice with feedback would seem more effective treatment.

He understood where I was coming from as I am a singer with an injured voice. His compassion was exemplary.

Austin made us feel totally at ease, identified with us and my wife's issues. He gave us confidence in the approach being advocated for us and gave us hope that my wife's issues could be addressed in a manner that could improve her situation. Austin is an excellent listener and provides excellent explanations. He also provides appropriate humor which is always welcomed. My wife has dealt with her problem for 5-6 years and we have never had a team that completed such an extensive set of diagnostic tests as Austin's group did. We feel totally confident that any available and achievable therapeutic positive outcomes will be provided by the team at the Voice Disorder Center.
