I was really disappointed with the Alessandra MawÕs unprofessional and dismissive attitude when I was told I wasnÕt eligible for my prescription refill, despite being instructed to come in for an appointment. Her superior demeanor made me feel disregarded, and the officeÕs follow-up email the next day, after IÕd clearly said I was leaving town, was completely unhelpful and frustrating. I did as I was asked by the office but MawÕs huge superiority complex had other ideas. Based on your unprofessional behavior and dismissive attitudeÑlike refusing to help and ignoring my situationÑI wouldnÕt want you working for me.
