Pastuszak, MD, PhD, is a board-certified urologist and internationally recognized leader in men’s health, specializing in male infertility, erectile dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and Peyronie’s disease. He currently serves as Associate Professor of Surgery, Urology, and Chief of the Section for Surgical Innovation at the University of Utah School of Medicine.

    Previously, he served as President of Clinical Care and Chief Medical & Scientific Officer of Vault Health, where he led a national clinical practice and oversaw diagnostics, clinical research, and development.

    Dr. Pastuszak has helped launch and advise numerous healthcare and biotech ventures as an executive, investor, board member, and advisor, with a mission to advance solutions in reproductive medicine and personalized health.

    Education and Training

    Dr. Pastuszak earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University, followed by a dual MD and PhD at the University of California, San Francisco, where he studied molecular biology and regenerative medicine. He then completed his residency in Urology at Baylor College of Medicine, one of the top programs for training in urologic surgery. Following residency, he pursued a specialized fellowship in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, as well as at Baylor College of Medicine, where he trained under global leaders in the field, including Drs. Larry I. Lipshultz and Dolores J. Lamb.

    Dr. Pastuszak continues to serve as a key opinion leader in urology, regularly engaging with national media, publishing articles for the public, and promoting greater awareness of male sexual and reproductive health.
