I am very impressed with Alex's knowledge. She clearly stated the plan and took measures to ensure she will carefully follow my care and communicate via My Chart every month. I previously received care from another provider at the U who did not communicate effectively, nor make timely decisions. Due to this inadequate care, it has taken over one year to therapeutic levels to treat my apnea. This is such a contrast to my sister who receives care in the IHC system and achieved therapeutic levels within one month of starting CPAP.

Very kind and informative

She was really helpful, my only frustration was in the amount of time it takes to get into the clinic due to the number of patients they have. I was very pleased with their careful attention to my needs and offers of help overall.

She is very knowledgeable about sleep apnea, and took time to explain the results of my sleep study in a way I was an to understand. She was very clear with the plan for me to begin using CPAP and I know I can reach out to her if I have questions or problems once I receive the machine.

It¿s obvious Alexandra cares about her patient. She has helped me from my first visit in resolving my sleep problems.

She was great. Very friendly, and provided very detailed explanation of solutions to my symptoms, and made me feel comfortable and I truly felt she cared for me and helping me with my sleep issues.

She was kind, compassionate, understanding, and patient. She was thorough and non-judgmental. She was knowledgeable about resources I had already studied and offered further explanations. She is clearly well educated. She is all the things I look for in a specialty provider.

The doctor was very patience, knowledgeable and respectful. I was very happy to have this doctor in my appointment day.
