The scale on which responses are measured is 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.

Amber was super helpful, kind and patient answering all of my questions. She was very empathetic and non-judgemental. Even though it was a virtual visit, she came across as warm, personable, and friendly. I didn't feel rushed and got the same quality online as I would in person (which I was worried previously that I wouldn't!) I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends.
