He did a decent job of cleaning out my unhappy ear.
Bret was warm and professional. He answered my questions and did not appear rushed. I am very appreciative to him for helping me out during my time of need.

I followed this follow up appointment with my Primary Physician and was listened to about my pain, prescribed medication and a secondary opinion will be attained. I was instructed to attend this unreasonably unnecessary appointment to be told 'you'll be fine'. To be charged for nothing does not seem fair.
Bret listened well. It was apparent he and his nurse were a good working team in that she found my history as he talked to me so he could be fully informed. I appreciated them working quickly but kept me informed as they moved through procedures

Dr Sweeten listened to the problem, did an examination and determined the best course of action to get the problem solved before surgery the next week. Dr Sweeten makes the patient feel valued and understood.

I've seen him on several visits. He took the time to go into my nose with the camera and see all of the mucus. He finally order a CT scan of my sinuses and gave me a script for Adtrovent. The medication seems to help a lot. I'm so thankful. I have the CT scan later in February and see him again in April. Thank you Bret Sweeten.

Im going through a time of diagnosis for a mass under my jaw and he looked at all Options and ordered tests that would help ID my issue. He has included me in all decisions and respects my feelings. He is wonderful.

This guy didn't appear to have any interest in what he was doing. Just another medical professional blowing patients off. Addressed the main issue I was there for, but avoided getting into any conversation about other concerns I had written on the health information sheet I had filled out. So save yourself time and don't fill that out, because he'll just avoid talking about any of it. The MA actually talked to me afterward about much of it, letting me know they had other specialists that could look into those Issues. Poor girl, she obviously wants to help people. Too bad she works for a guy who doesn't.

Dr. Sweeten (sp?) could not have been better. His bedside manner is really warm and concerned without making me more anxious. He was thorough in his questioning and made sure I was on board with any further treatments he suggested. Its rare to find a provider that includes the patient so well in decision making.
He was able to correct the issue with immediate treatment and instructions for aftercare.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone that required this type of treatment!
Had 3 separate providers. Not impressed by any of them. Not very professional had no answers about my condition. They acted like they were to busy. The only worthwhile thing I got from the experience was a referral to a physical therapist who specializes in dizziness and balance. I saw him yesterday and he is magnificent.
Bret is always amazing, he does well with the kiddos in helping them feel comfortable during their visit.
Sweeten was very good woth our daughter who doesn't always like having her ears looked at. He was patient and gentle with her. He also gave us recommendations as to what he would do with his own family members, which I appreciated as a mom.

Hey, just a cute, friendly reminder that if a patient says a symptom is new and different from pre-existing conditions, you should listen to them. You might have spent years in medical school, but you have never spent a single second in my body. I have never felt so frustrated and invalidated in a doctor's appointment and I have been to many of them. This appointment was a complete waste of time and money. I wish patients only had to pay when they actually received compassionate care. But nope. I just got to spend hundreds of dollars to not be listened to and sent on my way with half-formed ideas of what may or may not help.
Bret performed an examination and, based on his findings, was able to eliminate a number of possible causes of the cough that had caused me to seek the appointment. He then listed a number of possible causes, ranked them, and proposed treatment options. Together we decided on a course of action which, It turned out, was effective. I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend this facility to anyone who was seeking care for issues they could address.

found no wax in ears; thus recommended & arranged for hearing test to confirm if I was experience increasing hearing loss. Back to back audiology app'ts were booked for [DATE REMOVED] during which full range of hearing device options would be explained.
Since I'm hearing impaired, Dr tended to direct his comments to my daughter. Even if it takes longer, I need to be a part of the conversation.

I came in because I had a sore in my mouth.The nurse assumed it was Strep, took the swabs to send to the lab, didnt check for any other possibilities, and sent me on my way. After the test came back negative. they didnt suggest any other treatment or options, just hung up and made me deal with it on my own. luckily my mother figured out I had scratched my mouth, so it was infected, and she treated it for me.
