The week before The appointment I received several phone calls from people in the office asking me for my insurance information and medical information. Many of these questions were repetitiveNot a big deal except that when we showed up to my children¿s firstAppointment a few min late,The front check in desk asked me all of the same questions that I had already answered a few times the week previous-over the phone. When I mentioned to the front desk that I had already answered these questions,I got a snippy reply that they had to ask me these questions. When we finally got up to the lobby to be called back to see the doctor,Dr.Chessin had her assistant tell me that my sons appointment, who had the first appointment- would be canceled because we were too late to the appointment of my 3 kids. Which by the way, we were still within the window of time that she could have quickly seen him,And not disrupted the order of all her other appointmentsEspecially since all kids were all in the same Rm

I enjoyed meeting her and being able to be seen at the clinic, as I had an "issue" that has been going on for months. She was so kind and personable!!!

She was very nice, she was interested in me and what I told her. She explained things in a way I understood. I was her last appointment and she took the time with me and did not hurry thru things. Very kind and understanding.
