Charlotte Haruyo Cason, PA-C

Charlotte Tateoka is a Physician Assistant with the University Dialysis Program. She manages patients at the University Dialysis Clinic at South Valley, Intermountain Health care dialysis clinics at Utah dialysis and Intermountain dialysis center as well as chronic kidney disease patients at the University Wasatch Kidney Specialists Clinic. She received her under graduate degree from Brigham Young University and Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Utah School, and is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
