Chris brings such an ease to how he approaches things that it is easy to be open with him. He gives off a good vibe that he is your friend and you can trust him and be open. His knowledge is great and he answers all my questions in a very real manner. I like that about him. Great provider!
May 10, 2025FARMINGTON HEALTH CENTERHe had an agenda and I wasnÕt sure what it was but I donÕt think we ever talked about my concerns with regard to timing. He did ask more than once whether I had any questions but I felt it was more to say that he had asked and not to provide help. I asked about the long time between appointments and was told they are that busy. I am quite unsatisfied with my visit and its results. My purpose was to try and get an appointment with Dr. Kelli Gross after searching the internet for a doctor. Dr Gross stood out as an outstanding doctor, one I felt I could trust. If we talked I could better explain feeling I had leaving the call. I have had ED problems for a while now and I donÕt want to wait a year to see the doctor. 1st appointment took more than a month to get and the second I was told would be 2 to 3 months while you pushed harder for 3 months. At 3 months we would just try another ED drug. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE! CanÕt you determine whether I am a candidate quicker?

If your getting surgery, ensure that the person performing it is who you expect and if there is a resident assisting, make sure the surgeon is ensuring it is done the way they normally do it. Chris told me I was not sewn up the way they normally do.
