I have never been treated so poorly by a member of the medical profession as I was on this virtual visit! She needs to learn some people skills if she wants to be successful in the medical field.

May 09, 2024SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTERI can't say enough good things about Debra Mercy, APRN. I was scheduled for a sleep test in Jan. 2025 when I was somehow fast tracked to meet with Mercy. She was very pleasant yet professional. I felt heard when I asked questions and about the process of sleep testing and she never talked down to me. I was provided with options and was included in the decision making. APRN Mercy concluded by making sure all my questions were answered and set up all my future appointments. The appointment was quick and I left smiling.
