Denise Gascoigne is a registered dietitian and certified health coach with a passion for health and fitness. Denise is trained and certified in a number of fitness modalities including Pilates, Zumba®, Gyrotonic and Gyrokineses, yoga, barre, TRX, and senior fitness. In addition, Denise holds certifications in diabetes prevention, smoking cessation, and behavior change. Denise has worked in health education for over a decade, having taught coursework and developed curricula at the University of Utah and University of New Mexico. When not teaching, Denise enjoys cooking, walking her dogs, and spending time with her family.
