Dr Yamashiro was so amazing in treating my son after a traumatic incident. He was patient in explaining everything before and after surgery. I'm grateful for his expertise. He was also very sweet with my kiddo during our follow-up appointment and played along with my son's magic trick.

Dr. Yamashiro, DDS always takes the time to answer any questions and explains in great detail what's going on. He is always patient and ensures we understand everything. He's extremely kind and my daughter always feels comfortable with these visits.
He is answers all our questions and remembers details about my son's life.
There should be a complete run down of whats going to happen with a procedure from start to finish instead of giving a brief overview and expecting a patient to fill in the gaps with their questions. A patient should be told what you know for certain as a doctor and what will be known over time and the development of treatment. As for the staff, everyone has been very kind and understanding except for the people Ive specifically highlighted earlier.

The best
Him communicating the next needed appointment was very vague and not helpful. Saying within the year to make a next appointment leaves 11 months to do that. It didnt help and makes me not want to have him on my sons team of doctors.
He's been Ariel's Dr and treated her since Birth. Shes now almost 15. The man is simply Amazing. Thank you for changing her life and making a Difference.
