Dylan helped me a great deal with my chronic SI joint dysfunction. I highly recommend this provider!
Dylan Plocki is just absolutely knowledgeable and patient friendly. I have totally enjoyed my visits with him regarding my back impairment. He listens thoroughly and takes into consideration what my suggestions are. He worked to reduce my wait time for and MRI and follow-up treatment with Dr. Conger.
Was very courteous, personable and professional at the same time. Very punctual, listened well, didn't make excuses for other doctors, which I find very refreshing as most try to "cover" for poor treatment received from another Doctor.Answered all questions and didn't make me feel rushed.

I have been to so many doctors and physicians assistants and Dylan was the first person to care about me and to help me find an answer to what is going on.

This is my first visit and I was completely impressed with PAC Dylan Plocki. He and Tanner put me at ease and documented my problems and outlined a plan of attack in a way which put me at ease. A true trust developed.

He did great but when I called him today and asked for immediate help with what he prescribed. I was told that he had 3 working days to reply. He told me to call if I had problems getting the prescription. He knew that I WAS HAVING RADIATION TREATMENT TOMORROW AND KNEW HOW URGENT IT WAS1111
