SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

Emily was very brief while explaining issues I was having and seemed to assume that I would not listen to her medical advice, becoming defensive and describing worst case scenarios before even listening to what I wanted.

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

Emily is very attentive, personally connects, and is incredibly sweet yet sensible. I feel supported and safe with her.

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

Although the reason for my visit evolved, Hollander provided the guidance, time and attention that I needed. I truly appreciated the care she provided me.

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

Emily is amazing - she takes the time to explain everything that's going on and addresses any questions no matter how small / weird. I never feel rushed and feel very well taken care of. I couldn't recommend her more.

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

Emily has such excellent bedside manner. She is patient, listens intently and never makes you feel judged. This post partum period can be an emotional roller coaster and it's so nice to have the support of such an empathetic health care provider.

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

Mrs. Hollander will make you feel comfortable, listed to your concerns and provide solutions for your health needs.

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

Emily is simply the best!

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

These OB visits always feel so rushed. I wish the providers would ask me more about how I'm doing, physically and emotionally, with something that is totally new and scary.

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

Midwife was unable to provide answers regarding test results and responded 2 weeks later via myChart, which is too late in my opinion. She also provided conflicting information from previous response given by another midwife when this midwife's response was delayed.

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

Appointment felt sped up and rushed, answers to questions were very snipped and short. I was told I was the last appt. of the day for the provider, and it felt like there were more important places to be besides present in my appt.

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

Emily is so kind and compassionate

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

Very friendly and easy to discuss my issues with.

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

The first time that I met Emily was during the labor of my first baby. I didn't have the chance to meet with her during my previous appointments at the clinic and after meeting her I wished I had more time with her during my pregnancy. She is definitely amazing! After giving birth I saw her in every appointment and she helped me more than I believe she knows. My recovery was great and I felt listened to every single time. Then, 10 months after my first baby was born I set up an appointment with her and told her I was pregnant again and I remember we both laughed and said, "okay, let's start this again!". It feels so good to see her every appointment now. Even now I know a little bit more of what to expect, it still is a rollercoaster of emotions being pregnant and Emily understands that better than anyone, even myself. The conversation is always light, she is always super friendly, a loving person and genuinely interested about my overall life, not just specifically about the new baby. Even my 16 months old baby girl loves seeing Emily when she comes with me to her office. I wish all my pregnant friends could have the opportunity to work with Emily throughout their pregnancies. I couldn't recommend a better person! Now I'm just hoping that I'll be lucky enough to have her with me for this second birth. Fingers crossed!

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

Emily is fantastic. Even though not everything went according to plan (breech birth) I could not have asked for a better first pregnancy. I highly recommend her and the other Sugarhouse clinic staff.

SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTER

I was diagnosed with a new and serious condition towards the end of the visit after seeing the provider. I asked for someone to explain the new condition while I was there and they didn't follow up during my visit. They said someone would call. I waited a few days then called a different provider.
