Dr Wood was very caring and thorough in diagnosing my problems associated with an injury. I felt I was in such good hands with him because he really listened to my concerns and I never felt like he was rushing to get through my appointments. This kind of care goes such a long way for someone who is in pain and not quite sure how things look for them in resuming a normal life. I'm so appreciative to Dr. Wood.

I have seen Dr. Wood in the past several times over the last year. He was always nice, friendly and I felt heard by him as a patient. However, my visit this time was completely different. I did not feel heard. I felt pressured to return to work after re-injuring myself while still recovering from an initial work injury. I was shocked by his timeline to return to work after telling him I felt worse. When I questioned him on why the quick turnaround time for returning to work considering my re-injury. I felt he did not appreciate my questioning and I could sense his impatience come through. Some latitude was given only after I felt I had to advocate for my own health concerns. I felt he was more concerned with returning me back to work versus my health and injury recovery. My appointment was near the end of the business day, perhaps the medical staff was looking forward to going home. However, that is not a reason for poor bedside manner. I hope this is a one off experience.

This is the rudest doctor I have ever been to. He was being judgmental about my medical history and told me I was good to go. Then I drove home and got a call from the nurse saying I wasnt supposed to leave and I had to come back which was super inconvenient, it took me out of work and school for longer. It also wasted my gas money.
