Dr. Wood was very helpful in explaining the problem and some of the possible treatments 10 out of 10
Dr. Wood and Dr. Saullo were very pleasant and worked to help me understand my injury and ways to help me recover.
He's very friendly and attentive.
It was a very good experience being seen by Dr Joe first and how he listened to my concerns. Great team effort
Great job.
Dr.Wood was very helpful and informative on my care and treatment options. He and his staff were very through with my diagnosis.
Dr Wood was very caring and thorough in diagnosing my problems associated with an injury. I felt I was in such good hands with him because he really listened to my concerns and I never felt like he was rushing to get through my appointments. This kind of care goes such a long way for someone who is in pain and not quite sure how things look for them in resuming a normal life. I'm so appreciative to Dr. Wood.
Dr Eric Wood is very professional, compassionate, kind. Takes time to listen and explain my care and concerns. Very good experience be treat by Dr Wood.
Muy buen Doctor
You can tell he cares by the way he treats you and asks questions And then listen carefully
I have seen Dr. Wood in the past several times over the last year. He was always nice, friendly and I felt heard by him as a patient. However, my visit this time was completely different. I did not feel heard. I felt pressured to return to work after re-injuring myself while still recovering from an initial work injury. I was shocked by his timeline to return to work after telling him I felt worse. When I questioned him on why the quick turnaround time for returning to work considering my re-injury. I felt he did not appreciate my questioning and I could sense his impatience come through. Some latitude was given only after I felt I had to advocate for my own health concerns. I felt he was more concerned with returning me back to work versus my health and injury recovery. My appointment was near the end of the business day, perhaps the medical staff was looking forward to going home. However, that is not a reason for poor bedside manner. I hope this is a one off experience.
Though friendly,informed caring, professional.
He seems to care about his patients and is willing to explain his direction of care so you understand
He took and went over everything checked me out very well and then talk to me in a way I could understand what was going on
He really took the time to listen and help formulate a plan to get me feeling better
Dr. Wood was great, I would recommend him to everyone that needs his opinion and care
Dr Wood was the doctor who best helped me understand what my injury was and the severity, and was clear and concise about what we will need going forward
Thank you very much for your work
Dr. Wood was compassionate, a good listener, and detailed in his explanations.
great doc.
very personable but very professional I felt he cared.
This is the rudest doctor I have ever been to. He was being judgmental about my medical history and told me I was good to go. Then I drove home and got a call from the nurse saying I wasnt supposed to leave and I had to come back which was super inconvenient, it took me out of work and school for longer. It also wasted my gas money.
