Francis is the best provider I've ever had. She helped me navigate next steps after a serious car accident, surgery and in patient stay in a non UofU hospital in which although I got good care as an in patient, I was discharged with very few instructions. I spent a week trying to get answers and had to fight and advocate for myself with no resolution. At the end of my 30 minute appointment with Fran, I had answers, a plan, referrals for specialty care that I need, etc. all while Fran showed real compassion for me as a person. I can't recommend Francis Johnson enough!

This is the first time I had a good primary care visit where everyone who was involved with my care, for this visit, knew what they were doing and work well together.

Dr. Johnson is great. She listens to my millions of concerns as a first time mom and is very patient and caring.

She basically had the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. She had no concern, just sent us to dermatologist, no explanation really, just cannot help you. Basically made my kid cry and put forth worst possible explanation in front of a child who is already nervous about her abrupt behavior. Didn't even Introduce her understudy, like she didn't exist. She should never be a pediatrician, barely adults. The level of Ignorance was at a new level for me.

Frances Johnson is a gem -- probably my favorite doctor. As usual, Frances remained empathetic, engaged, and responsive the whole time she was with me. I consider her the model of an excellent bedside manner. A welcome contrast to other physicians I've experienced in the U Health system, whose insensitivity sometimes has only made me feel more stressed and sick.
