Frederika was a ballet student with the University of Utah and Ballet West Conservatory when she was introduced to Pilates in 1990. She found that it helped her strength, awareness and prevented injury in her body for dance. After leaving Dance she came back to Pilates and started teaching in 2007.She teaches Mat, Reformer, Spring Wall, and Chair(all machines invented by founder Joseph Pilates) classes. Frederika works with High School Athletes, Ballet West Summer School students, Low-income residential living clients and members of studios in classroom settings.
