    Heidi is the absolute best! If you can, try to get her on your care team. She is always on the ball and communicates so well. I never have to wonder if she cares or remembers my case. She also gets things done!

    BMT needs to work on their communication to patients. A lot of my stress could have been minimized if they would let pt's know their leave date might is not exact, plan on an extra week. It is not SOP
