I am a little disappointed that I was not looked at more deeply. Meds and physical therapy were ordered. This only masks the issue. Things should be fixed, not masked.
I was very nervous going for my follow up visit at the UofU, but I was very impressed, with Dr. Wold, she addressed me in a very kind manner, her first question was: do you remember meeting me, when you stayed with us? i said No! Dr. Wold said its ok, I remember you. then she smiled, made me feel very safe...

She is competent and makes sure her "attending" duties are helpful to me and Doctor Anwer.
When I had my strokes and still in the hospital in southeast Idaho they had us include her in my care. Since then I travel to Utah or on the video chat with her. She has taken the best of care for me. When I am down there or talking with her over video I feel relaxed and calm. I know that I am in the very best care with her. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be in her care. I would not want it any other way! She has read the MRI'S, CAT scans, x-rays, and helped me by using this information. She assesses how I am and how I walk and with the tests to the best of care for my health and outcome. Once I started to pass out and she was able to help me not hit the floor and get me to safety. I will only go to her for that care!

She was helpful didn't spend much time, but she seemed caring and so far ill give her a chance , saying that IV had bad experience last 6 yrs with a DR. that took my trust away but not unwilling to try again.

Dr Wold was very thorough and listen to my concerns. The last time we visited I was a little overwhelmed by everything we were going through and didn't feel heard and this time she went through everything with me took her time and supported me. I've always appreciated her bedside manner and time she takes with to ensure you feel comfortable with moving forward.
I feel in my case it seems like if it's not within the perimeter of checking a box off then it's not worth further investigation, but I believe something has been missed.
