She's extremely skilled and knowledgable. I was so worried and she did a very thorough exam and reassured me all was ok.
She explained my condition and the reason very well. She scheduled me to see a specialist the next work day.
See initial response. Its all written there. Rude, irritated with me, kept snapping at me and didnt even try to hide her frustration. I tried to explain my cognitive issues and following directions. And my anxiety. I apologized multiple times for struggling but she just kept it up not giving me any time to do what she was asking. I dont know how this woman works with seniors all day long. I cried a little at end but held back until I got to car. It was humiliating, demeaning and embarrassing
Loved the thoroughness and explanations; the only thing I would caution about are tests that are not medically necessary or those that don't change outcomes or treatments. It's hard to know as a patient which are CYA/excessive tests and which are absolutely medically necessary based on data/science/trials in adding value.
I felt that Dr. Tabin listed to me with genuine concern. She was very thoughtful in her questioning and her consideration of my experience as a Type-1 diabetic. I felt that together with the team, I was well cared for.
Wonderful personality, caring professional, very knowledgeable... very compassionate and helpful!
Dr. Tabin skillfully resolved my right eye problem. She then explained what I need to do to improve my eye health. I felt lucky that she was able to help me as a walk-in.

I saw Dr. Tabin through the triage process with a suddenly developed eye concern. She was very kind and took her time even though I am sure she had multiple patients already scheduled. She took the time to explain everything to me and never once did I feel I had interrupted her day.
In my experience, Dr. Tabin is one of the unsung "heroes" at the Moran Eye Center--able to provide effective help to those in need at the triage center. She has helped me on various occasions over the years, and I have been greatly impressed with her professional competence and kindly demeanor. She listens patiently, diagnoses problems skillfully, and conveys instructions in clear understandable terms.

Excellent with the information she was very excellent with explaining in detail, the steps that I need to take to become better and to try to understand how and why my issue occurred. I truly appreciate her and every single one of the staff members at that location. Because they were not only sensitive to the fact that I was having issues with my eyes also acknowledge the fact that my mother had recently passed, and I was actually in town to help arrange her funeral. Your staff went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate you guys.

Very thorough. Although I saw her post triage for a problem in my left eye, she also thoroughly examined my right eye as well. Repeated treatment with prescription twice for me.
I would not purposely choose this practitioner. Triage was necessary however. Hope to be respected more in my appointment with specialist.

A very competent and caring physician. I had a diagnosis and referral and she answered my questions.
Triage visit lasted 3 hours. Less than 30 minutes with doc. 10 minutes with tech after 1 hour. I found doc to be tired + mechanical with her care. Tech was too busy + not engaged with me Neither showed interest in my macular degeneration would explain my concern as warranted. Tech actually said well if you had glaucoma too? was e I would not go to triage unless ER was my only option Tech actually said well if you had glaucoma too that would really stinky. She did not listen but at least repeated my info as she typed so I could repeat correct info. Both providers were distant, mechanical. Theres the problem, see that? Oh yeah, you cant see it. Oh yeah sorry - , Im still here & still have low vision, recurring discomfort

Dr. Tabin told me what she would be looking for in my eyes and made sure that I would know what she was looking for and that it would be somewhat uncomfortable in order to exam my eyes thoroughly for possible tears or detachment of the retina .
I found her dismissive, disinterested, impatient, and abrupt. It was busy; however, does not excuse a lack of focus on each patient.
Dr. Tabin is very precise and knowledgeable regarding eye care--recommend her highly.

Dr. Dejarchis was candid about what was wrong an abrasion on My cornea. She then prescribed an antibiotic & an ointment for my eye. Then she sent me to the ER because my blood pressure was too low.

Dr. Tabin spoke quickly and didn't stop at times when I asked a question. I needed to repeat what I understood her to say about three times. She was very informative, particularly when she typed out a session summay and gave me the printed treatment plan at the end of the session.

Ive been going to the Moran eye center for over 20 years, and Ive never had a provider that was so dismissive and condescending is this weather. When I tried to give her my history, she cut me off and said I read your chart from there I just went downhill. At times her attitude was dismissive and condescending, she spoke to me like I was a five year-old. I told her I know what Im talking about and I know my eyes since Ive been having glasses as I was five years old. I will never go back to this provider , overall I really like the Moran, but this person needs a refresher and bedside manner .

Dr. Demarchis Tabin explained what was going on with my eyes. She reminded me of the more frequent care my eyes needed and connected me with a regular eye physician in Farmington (closer to where I live).
She explained very well what she saw with my eyes and then referred me to a retinologist.
Too hurried, I just felt like they wanted to get us out as quickly as possible
Great job. I felt well cared for.
