I truly appreciate her and every single one of the staff members at that location. Because they were not only sensitive to the fact that I was having issues with my eyes also acknowledge the fact that my mother had recently passed, and I was actually in town to help arrange her funeral. Your staff went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate you guys.

MORAN EYE CENTERTriage visit lasted 3 hours. Less than 30 minutes with doc. 10 minutes with tech after 1 hour. I found doc to be tired + mechanical with her care. Tech was too busy + not engaged with me Neither showed interest in my macular degeneration would explain my concern as warranted. Tech actually said well if you had glaucoma too? was e I would not go to triage unless ER was my only option Tech actually said well if you had glaucoma too that would really stinky. She did not listen but at least repeated my info as she typed so I could repeat correct info. Both providers were distant, mechanical. Theres the problem, see that? Oh yeah, you cant see it. Oh yeah sorry - , Im still here & still have low vision, recurring discomfort

MORAN EYE CENTERIve been going to the Moran eye center for over 20 years, and Ive never had a provider that was so dismissive and condescending is this weather. When I tried to give her my history, she cut me off and said I read your chart from there I just went downhill. At times her attitude was dismissive and condescending, she spoke to me like I was a five year-old. I told her I know what Im talking about and I know my eyes since Ive been having glasses as I was five years old. I will never go back to this provider , overall I really like the Moran, but this person needs a refresher and bedside manner .

I dont know how this woman works with seniors all day long. I cried a little at end but held back until I got to car. It was humiliating, demeaning and embarrassing
MORAN EYE CENTERLoved the thoroughness and explanations; the only thing I would caution about are tests that are not medically necessary or those that don't change outcomes or treatments. It's hard to know as a patient which are CYA/excessive tests and which are absolutely medically necessary based on data/science/trials in adding value.
MORAN EYE CENTERDr. Tabin skillfully resolved my right eye problem. She then explained what I need to do to improve my eye health. I felt lucky that she was able to help me as a walk-in.
