Dr. Cline is a great pediatrician! He's been seeing our son since he was a week old and he's 3.5 now. Dr. Cline is competent, kind, and listens well to all of our concerns. And the rest of the clinic staff are also wonderful!

Dr Cline is awesome! He's seen both of my kids, both of which are a handful and he just connects with them in a way that gets their attention and respect but never sounds anything less than pleasant and friendly. I would recommend him to any parent but especially for kids who are overactive or have attention issues.

He is very professional but very friendly at the same time. I liked the way he examined my daughter and the way he treated her.
He has been my daughter's doctor since she was a few days old. She is now 6. He is so good with listening to her & answering her questions. He takes his time to make sure we understand everything & makes sure he answers all our questions.

Dr Klein airways puts us at ease about everything and we airways have a very pleasant visit at all of our regular check ups and other ones that come throughout the year! He is always on top of everything whether it's the beginning of his day or the tail end of seeing all of his patients!

We love dr cline but the nurses not so much. They were very quite didn't answer my questions like they didn't hear me and kept walking out right after everything they did so we couldn't even ask anything. Maybe they didn't speak English but it was very weird and I have never experienced this before and I've had my children coming to this office for 9 years

Generally dismissive and uninterested in my child's care. I get it, there are a lot of stomach bugs going around and it must get old seeing the same symptoms. However, part of being a dr and especially a pediatrician is listening to what the pt is saying, asking questions, and providing care based on the child and parent report.

Dr.Cline is an amazing pediatric, he always goes above and beyond for my kiddos. And if something comes up he try's his best to get us in. He always makes sure to answer all my questions. I always leave appointments satisfied and with peace of mind.
Very attentative and gave good feedback. Made my teenage daughter who generally does not like going to doctor due to bad experiences feel open to comminicate and trust Dr. Jeffrey Cline -- truly appreciate this.
Dr Kline tends to get straight to the point. I usually get the feeling that he is a busy doctor or he isn't that interested in what I'm saying. It's not necessarily a good or bad thing, because overall he does a pretty good job at giving us what we need at our appointments. He's just not very personable, and that's ok.
Questions were handled with expert level simplicity of detail and kindness. We were asked if we had additional questions repeatedly and were made to feel like our concerns were valid.

Dismissive of my concerns, rude to my child, took his phone out and sent text messages in the middle of the exam, didn't offer to follow up or run tests on the concerns I had for my sick child. Very poor bedside manners

I felt like Dr. Cline was very thorough with my daughter's problem. He did a full assessment and explained his reasoning for her plan of care. He answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis and treatment. It was a good visit and I would recommend him for any pediatric injury related visit.

I did not feel that Dr. Cline was invested in my daughter's care during this appointment. It was our first time to the clinic after moving here from across the country and I did not feel like I was well heard or cared for especially since my daughter is an infant and I am a new parent. Although my daughter is a healthy child, I felt like my questions were brushed off and the appropriate amount of time was not taken to calm any worries or concerns I raised. The care we received was sub par compared to our previous clinic.
