  • As a graduate of Loma Linda School of Dentistry in 2011, I have carried their motto, “Service is our Calling,” into my career. Serving as Dental Director for two Federally Qualified Health Centers, I gained unparalleled public health experience while establishing myself as a respected dentist and oral health advocate. Currently working as an Associate Professor and Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs for the University of Utah School of Dentistry, my passion is integrated care models and access for underserved communities. Through my Community-Engaged Patient Care pathways courses, I strive to expose and inspire dental students to pursue public health dentistry. My research goals include innovating multi-disciplinary medical teams to incorporate oral health into primary care within vulnerable populations and communities like children, pregnant women, and refugees.
