Dr. English apologized for a delay in time between her arrival and the resident's leaving, explaining the reason for the delay--they were discussing concerns about using steroid injections in light of my glaucoma. I have been diagnosed with glaucoma since 2000 and this is the first time these concerns have been mentioned.
