I was confused why Dr. Frame had recommended a statin despite the fact that all cholesterol data had improved since the last visit.Dr. Frame thoroughly explained why an algorithm was recommending this medication-- being one year older and changes in blood pressure! I was able to share additional health data on my blood pressure so we could make a more informed decision. She also discussed dietary changes that would address blood pressure. I really appreciated her being willing to address my confusion about the initial recommendation without being defensive.

Dr. Frame is attentive, professional and knowledgeable. She is also a friendly human being.

Warm and caring, listens well

Dr. Frame listened very well to me, and was so patient with me. I was really, really nervous and I really struggle to talk, sometimes. She was so comforting and kind, and I'm really grateful for the experience I had with her. I'm a little less scared of the doctors' office now :") I had a very strong, involuntary reaction to the doctor's suggestion for blood work. Of course, it is what I expected, but my aversion to needles won out over my logic. She seemed so kind and understanding with me, and suggested I could get my blood drawn in a different appointment and bring someone with me so I wouldn't be alone (it would be my first time). This was so unexpected to me because of experiences I've had in the past, and I can't say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Frame for how she interacted with me.

Dr. Frame is good and famous and for that is really hard to schedule an appointment with her at my convenience. so it is very diffucult for me to find a way to get to my appointments.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Frame! She's the first provider I've had in my entire adult life who didn't automatically assume that I needed/wanted to lose weight right off the bat - she assessed my health with a panel of labs and really listened to me talk about my successes (like finishing my first half-marathon!) and my struggles (like extreme sleep deprivation after having twins). I feel like Dr. Frame really cares about me as a person and a patient, and I am so grateful for her approach.

I love the telehealth option - its so convenient. I feel that better collaboration between provider and patient occurs during these visits

I am really glad you were overseeing this procedure for me to get an IUD. I wish you could have done the whole thing quickly and with much less cramping. That was very uncomfortable and painful. I've had an IUD placed before and it was much less complicated and crampy. I had to wait for 1.5 hours to finally get to the procedure part and that didn't help my experience any more. Glad these appointments are every 8 years. I hope my next appt. Is much better.

I feel she really cares about me and my health

Dr. Frame came in already knowing my case. It is so nice to not have to explain over and over what I am dealing with. It is clear that she reviews charts prior to visits. She was honest and told me that she didn't have the exact answer for my treatment yet, but that we will find a solution. I appreciate how she collaborated with her colleagues on my complex medical history. The amount of car and concern Dr. Frame had for me was real. I feel so cared for with Dr. Frame. When medications are suggested, she answers all my questions and does not just send me on my way with a prescription.
